[Vision2020] Bulls Have Rights

Unfortunately, Ellen, they can now buy testosterone patches over the internet without a local doctor's prescription.  So even if they have lost their biological manhood, the parch will not only make them functional, but in a high state of desire.

The problem of sexual predators, especially those who defile children is a problem we have not found an effective way to deal with despite the concerns of many of us.  Instead of the war with Iraq, some of the funds so committed might fruitfully be used to research this area heavily with the hope if at least finding some practical, but constitutional way to severely reduce the number of incidences sexual predator activity.
