[Vision2020] USA way over-ranked in World Cup

Hi Drew,
Thanks for reply. Just finished watching the
Germany/Costa Rico match - although they lost
4-2, the Ticos distinguished themselves (they
were the third team out of Concacaf - behind Mexico and US.
Could be a very very exciting WC. USA! USA! USA!
