When you are talking about a "serious risk" of infection from
unprotected sex, you do realize that what you are saying is an
"serious risk" the CDC estimates to be between a 0.1% and 1% chance of
infection from a single incident of unprotected vaginal sex? I am not
saying that Kanay Mubita is a saint, or that there should be no
punishment for his actions, but you are applying a standard to HIV
that is applied to no other disease, including diseases that are far
more immediately fatal.
