[Vision2020] being removed fro the lisr.

Bill and others,

In keeping with the spirit of full and honest disclosure, at this time,
First Step is aware of and dealing with a mail server problem that may have
in fact led to this issue this time. This is a different set of issues and
problems than were experienced previously with users of V2020 reporting this
same removal from the list. We are actively working to resolve the problem
and bring the email servers back up to their full capacity.  We apologize
for the inconvenience this has caused.  We have turned off the automatic
subscription removal so no others should be experiencing this problem.
