[Vision2020] Bench dedication

Friendship Square Bench Dedication Scheduled

 

            Benches in Friendship Square that were purchased by members of Moscow's progressive community will be dedicated at noon on Saturday, August 5, following the conclusion of the Farmers' Market.  The 5 benches were purchased to honor Lois Blackburn, Dianne French, Joann Muneta, Bill London, and Janet Lecompte.

            A short dedication ceremony is planned and the Moscow Volunteer Peace Band will play.  Dean Stewart, pastor of Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Moscow, will lead the event.
