[Vision2020] ISP emphasis patrol this weekend

I've always wondered; if I'm going the speed limit and more than three 
cars behind me want to drive illegally fast and I'm slowing them down 
will I get a ticket for not pulling over?  I'm one of those weirdos that 
goes the speed limit and not +5 or +10 mph over.
