[Vision2020] Idaho Statesman: Otter and Wilderness bill

For those not as familiar with the Boulder-White Clouds project (Central
Idaho Economic Development and Recreaction Act (CIEDRA)), there is a lot
of good info available at: http://www.house.gov/simpson/ciedra.shtml
 
The powerpoint is a good summary of what exactly is covered in the
program.
 
I am really disappointed in Otter's 'response' to this bill....he should
have at least made his stance clear by voting.
 
Another project some of you might be interested in is the Owyhee
Initiative: http://www.owyheeinitiative.org/ in southwestern Idaho.
