[Vision2020] Property tax cut?

To a degree I can almost understand Latah County being patrolled by one/two
deputy(ies), as each incorporated city within the county must have there own
local law enforcement (pronounced "police").

A condensed area like Moscow with 20,000 inhabitants, and two universities
within ten miles (with an additional 12,000 to 15,000 each), almost DEMANDS
that more than two officers be on duty at any given time.

I know that I would feel alot safer.

sideways, chocolate in one hand, a drink in the other, body thoroughly used
up, totally worn out and screaming 'WOO HOO. What a ride!'"

Are you remotely aware that oftentimes there are only 2 deputies on duty
in the entire COUNTY? And sometimes only one??
