Perhaps because he has other things to be doing and rattled off the first
few names that came to mind in an effort to move the process along, in
response to a question on the officers form. What nefarious purpose do you
imagine is being served by not providing the exhaustive rouges gallery that
you have conjured up? Do you really think that the MPD is going to follow up
on a list such as you envision? What would be the point, exactly?
