Sunil,

Who said anything about long term bases in Iraq?  We are going to pay for
this war the same way all wars are financed.  Unfortunately, that is never
cheap.  Still, it would undoubtedly be cheaper to stay and finish the job,
now that we are comitted, than to cut and run and then have to re-deploy at
a later date.
