Clarity understood in-so-far as the reason for the meeting is 
concerned....point still is that a MOSCOW City Council Meeting is being held 
by MOSCOW City Council members in PULLMAN Washington - what, you guys don't 
buy the Gov's ads about "Buying Idaho Just Makes Sense."?
