[Vision2020] Sex Offender to Be Released

Questions:

Does this creep have family here?  If not, why is he moving here?  Why is he 
being released without proper address notification?  Doesn't the judge 
understand that we would like to know where this fool will be living?  What 
if he moves into a neighborhood that has his kinda victims?  Too late to 
realize a bad idea AFTER he's reoffended.
