[Vision2020] Right to Work

Another "benefit" associated with a "Right to Work" state (such as Idaho) is
the employer's right to terminate employment without reason.

The absence of organized labor (pronounced "union") reflects a major lack of
protection for the employee. The employer is then free to implement any
"company policy" that management deems appropriate (i.e. no paid over-time).

So, before anybody submits a job application at the Wal-Mart Super Center
(whether it be located in Pullman or South Hill), take a long, hard look at
what you are getting into (talk with other employees and look into W-M's
health coverage, wage scales). Find out what is happening at the "here and
now" and not with other shareholders of another company in another state at
another time.
