[Vision2020] pledge

I think that it can fairly and safely be said that even of those who do not support the administration or philosophy behind the decision(s) the commander-in-chief makes in regard to the military, the majority of people support our troops.

I would not call Moscow a full fledged "troop supporter", but what the hell
