[Vision2020] Anyone else surprised?

  So, has anyone else who heats their home with natural gas received their
Avista bill this month?  I received mine on Saturday and I'm still in a
state of shock.  I immediately set my thermostat down from 68 to 60 and put
on a sweater.  They said their rates were going up, but. . . WOW!

  These rates have got to take a chunk of change from those older folks
trying to keep warm.
