President Bush is the ONLY president to offer tax cuts during time of war.

At a time when government spending is at a fevered pitch due to the "war
effort", among other major expenditures, President Bush is handing out tax
breaks to the upper crust.  I understand that he is going to extend those
tax breaks through the next two fiscal years. 

Guess who makes up for the lost tax revenue?

And of course it is all Bushs' fault. Didn't happen before and when he is no
longer in office it won't be a problem anymore!
