Barb (if I may),
You seem nice and all but I do remember your saying that you DID NOT get your husband a six pack of beer -- or that you wouldn't, even if he asked you to do so. I forget which.
Don't think that slipped by this philosopher!
Gary (if I may),
If you ever need a six-pack give me a call. As long as I haven't had one yet, I'd be happy to run one over to you.
Best, Joe

> Hi Tom,I hate to introduce a little reality into the discussion, but Gary and I have been married for 29 years, and I don't think I've ever run out for a six pack. And, I'm the only football fan in the house. We do have two daughters -- one who trains horses and the other a senior at UI. Personally, I'll support anything career-wise that they want to do. I suspect I'd prefer some careers more than! others, but that is their choice.By the way, I had fun with everyone's reminiscing about Moscow. One of my favorite places when I was a kid was the soda fountain at the Owl Drug, where we always stopped for a 5 cent root beer after the movie at the Kenworthy.Regards,--- Barb Crabtree--- On Sun 01/15, Tom Hansen < thansen at moscow.com > wrote:
