Tom - apparently we do need an education ................. What happened to
all the "fund money" to do the repairs?" Where did it all go? A simple $200
00 repair today, would save thousands in the future. This is not good
management of money. Thank you for bringing it up, Tom.

This is understood, Phil (Nisbet).
The "Phil" to which Keely was referring is none other than Phil "we don't
need no education" Roderick (my apologies to Pink Floyd).
Now, before Arnold chimes in with his "It worked fine then. It works fine
now" approach to facilities managed by the Moscow School District, let me
say that my wife attended Moscow High School in the mid-sixties before
attending UI. The facilities were in need of repair then, and now (40 years
later) are in worse shape.
" . . . All in all you're just another brick in the wall."
Enough said.

sideways, chocolate in one hand, a drink in the other, body thoroughly used
up, totally worn out and screaming 'WOO HOO. What a ride!'"

To all the list
Lest anybody think that the Phil Referred to in keely's post is Phil Nisbet,
let me state categorically that it is not.
I have known Candice Donicht for well over a decade and think the world of
her. There is no person in Idaho education with more integrity than
Candice. She was hired by the Salmon School District years ago to clean up
a district that had sunk into corruption and debt and not only cleared the
books, but vastly improved the education for kids in Lemhi County. Moscow
is very lucky to have her.
Phil Nisbet
PS keely, I always hate it when there is nore than one Phil and something
crops up like this cause the rumor mill then starts to spread things. As my
kids say "Hey Dad, thats how Nazi Germany got started. . . LOL."
