Phil R

Candice did not raise the wages of anybody, the state did. And Phil, the
bond did not pass.

When Candice took over in Salmon in the early 1990's, our district over
there was in the red big time and the previous Super had high graded all the
funds to some pretty questinable things. Candice took the Salmon Schools
and turned that completely around in a place that had refused to pass a
school bond due to corruption on a very large scale. Give her a call and
talk to her face to face Phil, I think that she is the kind of person you
can deal with.

One of the beefs that keely and several others frequently have with Candice
is that she is a skinflint when it comes to Taxpayer's money. But she is
also a person who listens to reason and to community concerns, so even
people who oppose some of her actions end up liking her.
