One of the traits of a good leader is to admit when you have made a mistake and correct it ASAP. I applaud Butch for doing so. A lot of leaders will not do this. They supposedly do not want to have "egg on their Face" There is nothing wrong with making a makings a mistake . What is wrong is not admitting it. For most people this is hard to do. With some notable exceptions this is the case with UI administrators. They did this in the case of Liz Bond and in other cases that I will get into at a later date.
