(coming out of lurking and yes, my name's below) I was thinking that, too,
Jeff. Corridor development will generate a nice bit of revenue for Pullman
and Whitman county. Not that where it goes matters a huge amount--I work in
Pullman, live in Moscow, and spend an equal amount of time shopping and
dining in both towns. I'm just glad that Wal-Mart's interest in the region
is pulling other modern businesses interest into the region as well.

Two related questions around the proposed new complex--what is the current
state of Home Depot's announcement for going in behind the Palouse Mall, and
how will this new mall/complex affect the also-proposed southbound ring road
idea for Highway 95? Speed it up, maybe? ;-)
