[Vision2020] Diversity of a Different Color

I wouldn't even know about these blogs if someone didn't pass them onto this site...which I thought was supposed to be about Moscow and improving it! I agree with Phil, lets put away all the ugly behavior and try to improve Moscow. AND that does not mean chasing out NSA! If we try we can do better without all the hateful dialogue and seeking more positive things to do with our resources.
