FINDING the CENTER

The second annual joint Idaho-Washington regional human rights
conference for the Inland Pacific Northwest will be in Moscow, Idaho
March 24, 25 and 26. It is called "FINDING THE CENTER, An Action
Oriented Human Rights Conference."  This conference is specifically
designed to teach technique, tools, and skills, to deal with some of the
social ills that plague our communities.  For more information visit:

website. To receive an early registration discount please register by
March 1.  Scholarships are available for registration costs on a limited
basis for those in need.
