[Vision2020] Moscow to promote Green Building Program

MOSCOW -- The City of Moscow Community Development Department will
unveil its new Moscow Green Building Program with a series of workshops
at City Hall. 

The next workshop will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the city council
chambers of City Hall, located at 206 E. Third St. Another workshop is
planned for March 9 at the same time and place. 

The Green Building Program is an outreach to Moscow citizens,
contractors and developers who want to make an impact on resource
conservation. Green building is a whole-systems approach to design,
construction and operation of buildings by increasing the efficiency in
the use of energy, water and materials.
