[Vision2020] NSA - A hotbed of diversity?!

 So, which is it, clogging up downtown parking with all their autos or poor 
church mice riding bikes & hitching rides? Or is flopping from one side of 
the fence to the other depending on which side provides a prop for a weak 
argument the order of the day?
