How do you know that "the application IS still incomplete as of this 
writing?" Do you send Jackie Woolf in to bug the city staff for hourly 
updates for you as you check up on Christ Church members? That poor 
lady has enough to worry about each day with out doing all of your 
bidding. Leave her alone! Do you pay her for all of your information or 
do you just leach her services?

You should be ashamed of your self!

Due to a snafu in the placement (lack there of) of signs notifying the
citizens of Moscow of the Public Hearing regarding the "development" on 
N
Polk, the P&Z hearing scheduled for tomorrow has been cancelled (see

306.pdf)

I am sure the "developer" and others are frustrated by this turn of 
events,
but at least this time, it was not totally due to his lack of
preparation....although the application IS still incomplete as of this
writing.  Hopefully, this will give him time to put things together and 
both
he and the City can get their acts together.

Not holding my breath, however.
