I agree with your points about education, Donovan, but must disagree with " 
Erickson leaving is a symptom, not a cause of what is wrong with UI."  
Erickson leaving is what's wrong with Erickson.  Or, He Whose Name Shall Not 
Be Mentioned.  From this day forward.  Put me down for Mike Kramer as the 
next coach.  Carl Westberg Jr.
