When are you going to clean up the Third Street/Mt. View site? Since 
you are no longer interested in that project, when can the citizens 
expect to have what is quickly becoming a dangerous site, cleaned up? 
The children are playing on those pipes and other things you have out 
there and since they are NOT secured by the straps anymore, YOU could 
be facing a law suite for killing or injuring someone. 
 
Just a suggestion. 
 
Anyone from the City willing to do something about this situation?
