This sounds like something that ought to be taken up between you and the 
management of Palouse Properties, particularly as you make your charges 
against them while you remain anonymous.  It's all too easy in a public 
forum like this to levy accusations and malign businesspeople, but that 
doesn't make it appropriate, and your anonymity makes it much less so.

And no, while I do have rental property in Moscow, I am not associated with 
Palouse Properties or any other property manager, landholder, or 
corporation.

J Ford brings up a good point about the chamber business directory - she is 
specifically attacking Doug F, who I know nothing about, and care even less. 
But it is notable that Moscow Chamber is proud to list slumlords like 
Palouse Properties, who rob, steal and abuse college students as a matter of 
course.
