[Vision2020] Wilsonvile in trouble?

[David Williams]

I dunno.  If someone was caught on my property stalking me and my family 
(constantly), I would probably avoid or decline their obsessive overtures to 
chat with me via the internet.  Too creepy for me, and probably for him too.
