JOE, no, not moot, the question of whether flag burning is speech or not is 
critical.  Obviously we disagree on that one.  Our constitution doesn't 
guarantee you some right to aid and comfort an enemy in time of war.  I 
don't think there is anything irrational or unreasonable about that concern. 
Hate to break it to you Professor, but simply because one dares to disagree 
with Joe Logic, does not make him guilty of "bad reasoning."  Maybe he's 
just another person who happens to have an opposing view....?
