[Vision2020] Mountain View and D

This afternoon, four children were attempting to cross on "D" street and one
little girl of about 12 (the eldest of the group) just about decorated the
front end of a "luxury" car before the driver suddenly stopped and motioned
the children to cross the rest of the way. They were clearly in the
walkway, but the driver still did not slow down nor stop until it was almost
too late. And, aye the blinking lights were/are working.

This is NOT an unusual occurrence - 'tis a daily one.

Someone is gonna get hurt there if something is not done - soon.

J :]
