[Vision2020] Poor Sportsmanship

Deacon,

What DO you know of Philadelphia sports history?? You've mentioned it a few
times now, and in typical viz style, you've offered no proof. I can do you
one better. I know that Philadelphia is NOT the worst sports city in
history. Why?? Because Seattle IS. I did a little research to make sure
my impression of Seattle sports teams was correct, and boy was it ever. In
'95, when Griffey Jr. and co. managed to get to the ALCS, it was termed the
"magical season". Now, you know there must be something wrong with an
organization which considers a 4-1 series loss to the Cleveland Indians a
magical season. The list of Seattle sports success was so thin, they had to
list the Seattle Metropolitans winning the Stanley Cup in 1917. Who were
the Metropolitans, you ask? My point exactly. Philadelphia on the other
hand has had its fair share of sports glory. For you, Deacon, I've listed
Philadelphia's illustrious Baseball history. The Phillies have won the
World Series six times (1910, 1911, 1913, 1929, 1930, and 1980) and been
there 13 times. What about your Mariners, hmm?? Oh, thats right, they have
NOTHING, nada, zilch, zero. Care to retract??
