[Vision2020] Logos being harassed by skateboarders

Here's a problem that really needs attention:

RP found juveniles skate boarding on the school property. They had also 
moved school benches and were skating on them. The RP requested that they 
leave and put everything back. Officer responded, subjects GOA. No report

Now, doncha just FEEELLLLL for Logos?! Anyone think to check them for eggs 
or "fowl smelling substances" afore letting them leave?

Let us hope no one from CC takes a car speeding, on say oh, I donna know - 
Howard Street? and causes any kind of damage to someone's land.  Wouldnae 
look good during Trinity Fest, now would it?  Especially for the "security" 
personnel in charge.
