Terrific! I'm glad that you are willing to give your entry level employee's
6.50. Is that what you'll pay them in 6 months? How about 18? Is that what
their wage will be after they have attended a few training programs and
become skilled at whatever it is that they do for you? I really don't see
how having the state mandate an arbitrary starting wage is good anyone.
Seems to me that it's better to get as many as possible started into the
workforce and let the market sort out their compensation.
