[Vision2020] PC is the way to be!

Visionistas:

Just a side conversation here about a dialogue Donovan and Dan the Man 
Carscellan are having.  For some reason Donovan continues to label 
individuals with disabilities as being "disabled children," when in fact the 
PC way to provide a label to this special population would be children with 
disabilities.  I am surprised that someone such as Donovan with his 
extensive background in Special Education and his continued advocacy for 
special populations would be so inconsiderate when making a reference to 
children with disabilities.  This is not the first time Donovan has used 
such an inconsiderate phrase to describe a special population, but I do hope 
it is the last.

Donovan, I am offended that you would label a child with a disability before 
actually making reference to them as being children.  Would you like it if 
people started calling you Lazy Donovan as opposed to Donovan may be lazy?  
My hope is that you will treat individuals with disabilities with more 
respect than what you have shown here in a semi-public forum.
