[Vision2020] alternative routes

Taking a street one or two blocks off your "regular" block can not possibly
be worth "5 times the amount of gas" that you mention. What ya driving
anyway - a Pinto? We live in Moscow, not LA or even Seattle. Besides, I
thought you walk everywhere or take the bus
