[Vision2020] Alternative Routes

Of all the inconveniences in life this seems so small
in the scheme of things. Look at what is happening
around the world where people are being bombed and
strafed and starving to death and people are whining
(yes WHINING) about road construction. It's not a
conspiracy designed to make it inconvenient for you to
travel 8 blocks north or south or east or west.  

What is the underlying complaint here? Projects needed
to be done, notice was given, work is happening. In 6
or 8 weeks you all can find something else to moan
about.
