Donovan says:
"We have people that don't understand our city making traffic designs
and that is what creates all our traffic congestion problems. If they
were in charge of our cars we would have square wheels. If the city
would just follow the lay out of the city as its founders intended we
would not have so many problems." 
 
Next time there's an opening on the Transportation Commission, Donovan,
I hope you will apply to the Mayor to get on it.  Then you can use your
extraordinary wisdom to guide the decision making process.  I, for one,
look forward to how you will apply your brilliance to the traffic
problems that plague this community.  Maybe you can cut "rush minute"
down to about 15 seconds.

By the way, it doesn't cost $3.00 to walk downtown.
