RE: Logging Truck Wreck on Highway 3

 

Today at 15:13, the Latah County Sheriff's Office received a report that a
logging truck carrying a load wrecked on Highway 3 near milepost 26.  The
cab of the truck landed on its top and trapped the driver inside.  Latah
County Sheriff's Office is on-scene at this time; Idaho State Police units
are en route.  Deary Fire and Ambulance and Deary Quick Response Unit have
responded for extrication.  The driver is semi-conscious at this time and is
being transported to Gritman.  Highway 3 is closed and traffic is being held
or diverted at this time.  No other vehicles were involved in this
collision.
