[Vision2020] The Answer to Moscow's Transportation Problem?

The people of Manila, the largest city in the Philippines, have  developed an innovative approach for dealing with their population and  transportation problems. They have what are called Jeepneys. They are  like buses, but not really. Much more interesting and fun then riding a  mass produced ugly yellow monster you are not sure is going your way  because it looks like all the other ones.
