[Vision2020] Immigration or Invasion?

Hey Dick,

As you may have noticed, Vision2020 posts usually offer the comments 
or observations of the person posting, not recycled internet trash. 
Why don't you offer comments on something you know about like why 
Potlatch hasn't invested any of their REIT dollars in the pulp and 
paper side of the mill in Lewiston instead choosing to distribute 
$450 million to their shareholders? What is the economic future of 
Lewiston if Potlatch continues to run a facility that was last 
upgraded in the early 1990's?

These are things you know about after all your years working there. 
We'd all be interested in your comments. I've got a $20 bet going 
with Bill Mulligan that Potlatch will shut down or announce the shut 
down of the pulp and paper side by May 2010 when it has to comply 
with the tighter requirements of its wastewater discharge permit. You 
want in?
