At least we rest easy knowing they didn't use a pump purchased at Wal-Mart
to inflate the pig bladders.

And the first footballs, prior to around 1870, were really inflated pig
bladders.  Hence the term "pigskin".  How the pig bladders were inflated, I
don't know.  I don't want to know.
