A. Abusing your owner occupied tax exemption.
   
  B. Unfair tax advantage over legitimate apartment and motel/hotel operators.
   
  C. Hogging of parking--Apartments have to have off street parking.
   
  D. Additional traffic.
   
  E. Potential overloading of utilities and postal service.
   
  F. Unequal utility rates (Telephone, water, and garbage rates
   lower than zoned businesses).
   
  G. Skews energy planning and services.
   
  H. Potential health and fire violations by using
   non-conforming bedrooms--affecting insurance rates.

  It seems the Kirkers and "such Christians" like to pin the label of "bitterness"
  on it seems most everyone who don't agree with them.  Their haughty,
  snotty, serrated edge betrays what seems to be their own bitterness.  Just
  because the Wilson boys' father wrote a pamphlet on bitterness doesn't
  mean they are immune.  They and theirs would do well to examine their own hearts,
  as they're so fond of giving that advice to others without seeming to hold accountable
  those they're most fond of (Yes, prepositions have been allowed at the end of
  sentences for quite some time).  Even their "Cheers" sign off is caustic, obviously.
  The peace that passes all understanding--NOT.  No wonder most are poor witnesses.
  Who would want a postmillennial kingdom made up of such--but then the postmils are
   the right hand of God and above the Law--as witnessed throughout history.  Oh,
  I forgot, hard-line Calvinists need not take seriously witnessing to the "lost" (though
  they'd say differently), as the lost are predestined to Hell anyway.
