It was off in SW Moscow from 12:10 to 3:45 AM. That was a long time. Previously it has been off for just a second or two, just enough to throw off clocks, stoves, microwave cookers, computers, etc. If it hadn't been for a very bright moon we would have had a wonderful view of the stars.
