[Vision2020] Homeschooling?

If Doug Wilson, Christ Church, et al are so in favor and ferver for 
homeschooling, why is it that Doug has  "a network of K-12 schools" i.e. 
Logos schools, all over the country? And is supporting a "community" 
college, i.e. NSA?  As well as supporting another "community" school, i.e. 
Atlas School?   Isn't this just another type of "public" schools in that 
they are funded/paid for by the "community" of Christ Church?  Isn't 
homeschooling defined as the practice of "parents to fulfill(ing) their 
God-given right to educate their children at HOME"?
