[Vision2020] Not On The Palouse, Not Ever (Update #64)

Greetings Visionaires -

A recent debate on V2020 concerned whether or not Doug Wilson had organized
a tax-exempt corporation in which to maintain his various properties.

My original intentions were to include today's document with a small
collection of other items currently in storage.  However:

On March 16, 2005 Doug Wilson filed Mistra Incorporated's Articles of
Incorporation with the state of Idaho, thus providing a tax-exempt "shelter"
for his ever-expanding properties.
