Visionaries,

 

Perhaps Moscow is the City of the Persecuted.  First there was "Religious
Persecution," then "Chicken Persecution," then "Tavern Persecution," then
"Italian (Gambino's) Persecution."  I would like to add "Financial
Persecution."  There must be some devious plot to paint swastikas and other
graffiti on the traffic control box at the corner of 6th & Jackson that is
in plain view from my window.  It MUST be an organized group because this
has been going on for at least five years.  And before that, when the bank
was located on Jackson where the taco bus parks, these unmentionables were
painted on the walls, parking lot, etc.  It's a good thing the Taco Bus
isn't there overnight or we would be hearing about "Taco Persecution."

PS:  A little soap and water or spray paint to cover the artwork does
wonders.
