[Vision2020] FW: Re hurricane-- National Geographic mag last year

I have niece that just graduated from Loyola New Orleans and she and I had talked about this situation. At the college there were warnings and they wouldn't let the students back in any threat of a hurricane. She was in Texas with her parents and so were many of her friends this week.
