for impeachment (funny how you and Pat Buchanan are on the same page - 
at least as far a your end goal.)

Your wishful thinking aside, this will not cause impeachment. 

In the mean time, I hope you're considering what an immediate call last 
Tuesday for federal control of the disaster area would ultimately mean 
for federalism and state's authority.  I cringe at the thought that the 
Fed can invade my state by executive order on demand.   This seems to be 
topic that has been under-discussed both here and nationally.
